Scheduling Appointments
To make an appointment at any office, please call 910-762-8754. Our appointment desk can make an appointment with any physician at our two offices. Please inform the staff of which office you wish to schedule your appointment. You may also call the physician's office directly to make an appointment

We make every effort to honor all time commitments and see you at the time of your appointment. Occasionally, surgery or an emergency may cause an unexpected and unavoidable delay, so please bear with us. Your appointment may have to be rescheduled for another day and time in rare cases. We request your patience and cooperation if this should occur.
In fairness to other patients and the doctor, we require at least a 24-hour advance notice for canceled appointments.

Things to Remember When Visiting Our Offices
Referral
Before you arrive, make sure your referral, if needed, is current.
Insurance Card
Bring your insurance cards to every visit. We copy them and use the information to bill the insurance company directly. Insurance plans are frequently updated!
About Minors
For your and our protection, we will not treat a minor unless a parent or guardian accompanies him or her. A minor is anyone 17 years old or younger, with the exception of a married female.
Copayment
Bring your copayment(s) if your insurance company requires them.
Completed Forms
Bring your completed forms, which can be downloaded here or online. This saves time -- yours and ours. Call our offices to find out which ones you need.
Release of Information
Reports concerning your health will not be released to an insurance company or any third party without your written authorization.
